2. Paid Services & Refund Policy

gkall.in offers premium Mock Tests and digital features. By purchasing these services (CCE Mock Tests, OMR Series, Master Pass, etc.), you agree to the following:

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of educational content, all payments are final. Once a Mock Test or Series is unlocked, it cannot be returned, and No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • રીફંડ પોલિસી (ગુજરાતી): આ એક ડિજિટલ પ્રોડક્ટ હોવાથી, એકવાર પેમેન્ટ કર્યા પછી કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં પૈસા પરત (Refund) મળશે નહીં.
  • Single User Access: Subscriptions are for individual use only. Account sharing or distributing paid content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.
  • Subscription Validity: Each paid test series has a specific validity period after which access will expire.

3. User Responsibility

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

gkall.in provides educational information and MCQ practice. While we strive for accuracy, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Our exam simulation is for educational familiarize and does not guarantee results in actual govt. exams. We are not responsible for any decision made by users based on the information provided on our site.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Impersonating any government official or entity.
  • Misusing the simulated interface to create false announcements or misleading results.
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the Global Leaderboard API.
  • Using automated scripts or bots to crawl or submit mock test scores.
